Maryland fractional properties set for June launch
The Lodge at North Shore, a development of fractional lakefront homes at Deep Creek Lake in Maryland, is scheduled for a June 2010 launch.
Buyers will be offered a 1/7th deeded share of a five bedroom, five bathroom lakefront home with a private dock, games room, exercise room and home theatre. Prices will range from the low to mid $400,000s. Owners' seven-week allocations will be arranged by a professional management company.
